Lava Hot

Lava Hot Flavour is made from the Chocolate Bhutlah which is a is a cross between a Bhut Jolokia (ghost pepper) and a Douglah peppers. A mature pod of the Chocolate Bhutlah pepper has an earthy, chocolate brown colour spread smoothly over its wrinkled texture. Lava Hot can be enjoyed in controlled quantities in the likes of soups, sauces, stews, and salsas. The Chocolate Bhutlah has infuses into the Lava Hot its fruity and floral notes initially. All of that, however, quickly transforms into a blazing heat that will soon engulf and tingle your taste buds.
